2024 LOFI SHIRAZ

This wine has us turning to the dark arts of what is referred to as LoFi or natural wine. Making it uses grapes of the highest quality that have a natural balance and harmony through diligent viticulture so that the wine naturally ferments and normal winemaking trickery is simply not required.
